Priced per grab bag. One unfinished chiffon ballet skirt. This beautiful bright green Japanese poly chiffon skirt was a left over from a build for a company. The skirt is cut to attach to the bottom of a basque or yoke at the high hip. Hip measurement is 32-34". It is 16" long, so would finish approximately 20" down from the waist. Use alone or mix with one or two other layers of chiffon for a beautiful costume.
